Boot Camp

Boot-camp classes consist of five different elements: resistance training, conditioning drills/polymetrics, core, cardio, and a cool down/stretching. This class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises together. You will work muscles you forgot you had! All ages and levels are encouraged to attend– modifications can be made to make the workout just what you need.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s what DVRC’s Zumba program is all about. It’s a fun, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. Come on out and join the party!

Strength Training

An hour of interval strength training. Cardio will get your heart pumping, then move on to stations– set up to complete your workout. Personal instruction is given as you move through each station to ensure proper technique and body mechanics to optimize your workout time.
