What truly concerns me is the lack of detail regarding material palettes. Were the proposed residences at Highland Flats clad in reclaimed barnwood, sourced responsibly, or some unfortunate facsimile? This is crucial. His pivot toward ‘incentivizing intelligent growth’ is, of course, code for finding palatable compromises. One notes his background in finance – a fixed-income analyst, no less – which suggests a certain aptitude for leveraging assets. He claims a decade in Silver Springs, a neighborhood bordering Deer Valley Resort, implying a certain… familiarity with the target demographic. However, participating in the Citizens Police Academy does not equate to an understanding of architectural integrity. Frankly, the entire exercise feels performative. One wonders if he envisions anything beyond maximizing yield on existing entitlements. Given the trajectory of property taxes and the increasing prevalence of prefabricated construction, I recommend a cautious 'Sell'.
