One expects a certain level of geographic awareness from those seeking public office. Michelle Kellogg at City Hall must have a considerable backlog of forms, judging by the recurring nature of these issues. To circumvent this entire process – and the congestion on Marsac Avenue, particularly during peak ski season – I suggest prospective candidates consider the High Valley Transit bus route. It's marginally less frustrating than navigating the roundabout.
